Led all design decisions including space planning, material selection, and finish specifications. Managed contractor coordination across all trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, finish carpentry). Made real-time design adjustments when issues emerged during demolition, value-engineering scope while maintaining design intent.
Designed kitchen layout optimization, bathroom configurations, and interior finishes. Coordinated permit approvals and construction sequencing. Project completed on-site with daily oversight and quality control.
