Led design for 62-story Passive House tower integrating two existing historic buildings as podium base. Managed rezoning approvals and community board presentations in 2017, then returned as project lead to reconcile complex code compliance across multiple building classes, occupancies, and structural systems.

Developed code strategy for retrofitting existing buildings while integrating new tower systems, circulation, egress, and structure. Managed as-built documentation and dimensional reconciliation for existing conditions. Optimized residential tower layouts across 583 units to meet underwriting requirements for unit mix, efficiency, and salability.
