Led architectural design from concept through construction administration on Brooklyn's first all-electric high-rise. Managed zoning compliance, HPD affordable housing documentation, and facade design on complex triangular site.

Designed all residential layouts optimizing 444 units across triangular footprint. Developed facade system and exterior envelope detailing for curtain wall coordination. Produced presentation materials for ULURP approvals and community board reviews.

Managed team of 5-6 architects through all project phases. Coordinated consultant integration and contractor RFIs during construction administration.
